Today marks our one year anniversary! Just a year ago today, The Panoptic team launched the magazine in full – hopeful that we would still be up and running a year later. It has been an amazing year for all of us who, through thick and thin, have been able to turn this budding dream into a reality. So, to celebrate this momentous occasion, we bring you our best articles to date in our first ever print edition (which you can buy here).

If it wasn’t for our dedicated team of editors, writers, and technological whizkids we would be but a forgotten URL – especially without our lovely readers. Instead, it is from the bottom of my heart that I would like to thank each and every one of you, and look forward to the year ahead with the hope of The Panoptic reaching even greater heights.

Clare Clarke, Editor-in-Chief
Clare, Editor-in-Chief of The Panoptic, has just graduated with a BA in History from the University of Warwick. Passionate about journalism, Clare has written both for her student paper, The Boar, and completed academic research. Clare encourages investigative journalism and in particular with regard to politics. The Panoptic, for her, is a magazine with a voice on issues not only within the realm of ‘student’ or ‘millennial’. By creating a cross-university platform, as well as incorporating voices from outside universities, she hopes to create a voice for her generation.
